Arrival and departure on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are available in seven night increments. This resort does not offer an all-inclusive option. You can reserve up to 12 months in advance (although not within 30 days of check-in)

Guests may cancel their reservation(s) up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. There is an administrative fee for such cancellations of $50 USD per cancellation. In the event of cancellation with less than 60 days notice, there is no refund of the deposit/usage fee given upon reservation of the desired unit.

The Grand Mayan Master Suite features two bedrooms with two king-size beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with two sleeper sofas, dining table and kitchen. This space also features a terrace with a private plunge pool. Occupancy: 6 adults, 2 children under 12 years old. (Price: $400 per night)

The Grand Mayan Suite features one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with two sleeper sofas, a dining table and kitchen, and one bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. This space also features a terrace with a private plunge pool. Occupancy: 4 adults, 2 children under 12 years old. (Price: $350 per night)

The Mayan Palace Master Suite features two bedrooms, a king-size bed and two double beds, plus two bathrooms. It also features a balcony, as well as kitchen and dining table. Occupancy: 6 adults, 2 children under 12 years old. (Price: $375 per night)

Room cost paid in advance. There will be NO additional charges or fees for the room. Only incidentals, resort fees, ancillary items (eg. room service), and destination taxes, such as tourism, taxes, will be collected directly by the resort. The resort may authorize your credit card as a deposit to cover any damages to the room.
