From the moment you walk into our one bedroom, one bath, second floor condo, you will feel instantly welcomed and at home. The living room starts you off with a feeling of relaxation with its calming blue color palette and its elegant and comfortable seating. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the flat screen tv after a day of exploring the island.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring modern appliances and generous counter space to prepare all of your delicious creations. Sit and really enjoy those well thought out prepared (or take out) meals in the quaint dining area.
Enjoy a relaxing hot bath or shower in the freshly updated bathroom. Then head off to rest peacefully on the new, queen size bed with luxurious linens that take you to a wonderful dreamland.
Wake up, refreshed and ready to explore the beautiful and adventurous island of Marco! Marco Island is roughly 4x6 miles. There is so much to do and do on this island. Nicely decorated affordable place

If you’re looking for a budget friendly way to be on Marco, this is a good option! An in-town redecorated 1 bd/1 bath that faces courtyard/pool area was just what was needed for a pleasant stay on Marco. The condo is decorated with a clean, beachy feel. The bedroom is big with two closets, kitchen is small but completely new and living room was comfortable with a sleeper sofa for guests. It is close to Marco Town Center Mall which is great for walking to restaurants which we did often. Also a short walk to farmer’s market.

I've been very fortunate to have lived in several states, loving them all for different reasons. I'm originally from Nashville, Tennessee while Mike is born and raised in Michigan. On our first date, we realized we both shared a love of travel and real estate. As we traveled together, we found places that we fell in love with and wanted to have for ourselves. We knew from our beginning that we wanted to offer that same love and passion with others so what better way to share the places we love than to make them available to rent to others? We love being hosts because we know how we love to be treated when we stay at places and we want to offer that same treatment to each of our guests. We strive to go above and beyond for all of our guests and exceed their expectations. It is with this passion that we are fortunate to have returning guests each year. Some of our guests are like family as we stay in communication throughout the year. We thoroughly enjoy the stories our guests share with us as well. We truly love what we do and we hope that shows to all of our guests.

Our condo offers each guest a warm, cozy and completely updated place to stay. It's conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and a short distance to the beach. You can relax and enjoy the tropical pool view from each window in the condo as you sip coffee or a glass of wine or better yet, go and enjoy the year-round heated pool. The condo itself is spacious and comes with all the amenities you could want or need while on vacation. From luxurious linens to a fully stocked kitchen, we provide it all for you. There are even books and board games there for you to enjoy and an Alexa for your music listening pleasure and space if you decide to do a dance or two together. Our condo is a perfect place to enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer!
