About this property

Welcome to our newly renovated historic pioneer school house. Our property boasts a private yard that is completely fenced. Renovated into a charming three bedroom vacation rental with exceptional views of the adjacent Bijou meadow and Sierra Nevada mountains. Great location that is centrally located close to everything our guests could need. Steps away from the beach and public transportation. The house is a 5 minute drive from Stateline casinos, Heavenly Village, shopping and Heavenly Valley Ski & Recreation Area tram.

The Heart House has a full kitchen, laundry, spacious living room, bedrooms, and small dining area, which provides guests with all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay.
The yard is full fenced for your pets and small children. It also contains a propane BBQ for outside grilling and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe.

Awesome little place!

We had a problem the first night with heat. Owner was very responsive. Fixed the next day. An amazing little property. Much larger than it looks from the outside. A really cozy little place, perfect to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family and dog. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great central heating and updated bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the cool games with magnet pieces on the wall.
