The two bedroom VRBO overlooks the 11th tee box of Scotsdale Golf course, and directly across from the Little Sugar Trails Trailhead - Scotsdale Drive (bike and hike). Access all the Little Sugar trails from your front door - trail connects to Back 40. Walk 10 minutes to play golf, or drive 5 minutes to lake. Private entrance and space. LI VRBO is located in NWA - Bella Vista. Bella Vista possess 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, and 100+ miles of single track mountain biking and hiking trails.

Living Quarters
Nine hundred square feet. The VRBO is on the first floor of a story home. We live on the first floor, and the VRBO consumes most of the second floor.
