It is a great space for professionals, special occasions (weddings, holidays, etc.), and biking enthusiasts. This space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level rental space with a private entrance. It has a complete kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. My home is well insulated and there is minimal noise transference. It has windows in every room providing ample lighting. Both, the indoor and outdoor furnishings will make your stay enjoyable. Indoors, you will find a 55" SMART TV w/internet access, free WIFI, Plush Furnishings, Comfortable Beds, Soft Linens, Washer/Dryer, and well-supplied Kitchen. Outdoors is a Private Sitting Area with Lawn Furniture, & Gas Grill. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, that sits up against a wooded area providing you with natural views of mature trees and wildlife. There is an illuminated stone path to the private entrance. It has1,380 sq. ft. Be My Guest can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Downtown Bentonville is only 8.5 miles away with museums, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Other towns/communities close to Bella Vista with interesting attractions are Rogers (16 miles), Beaver Lake (20 miles), Eureka Springs (42 miles), and Branson (88 miles). Just as advertised. If you are elderly 60 the walkway down around back to the entrance is difficult especially with luggage. We are not (40’s) so it was perfectly fine. Loved the setup, the place was perfect for our needs! Would definitely stay again if visiting my mom.

Grad weekend

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a weekend. We spent time in Fayetteville but enjoyed the quietness in Belle Vista. This property was absolutely perfect! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space and it was just cozy. I would highly recommend if you will be staying in the area.
