What a great host! Super easy communication, had coffee at the house and a snack basket. Washer and dryer available really helped us pack lighter. Great location near Tanyard trails. Loved our stay.

Jacob was a very responsive and friendly host. The beds and couch were comfy. We didn’t get to use the back porch this time since it was so hot out, but it looked very cute and I’m sure it would’ve been nice.

We absolutely loved our first stay, and we will be back! We were grateful for a comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and coffee pods, so you can brew as much or as little as you’d like. We enjoyed hanging out on the private deck overlooking the trees and hills. Overall, the cottage was comfortable and nicely decorated.

This house is very charming! And the owners have thought of everything! From little snacks in a basket in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom! We will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit Bella Vista!
