We had a great stay! Ann is very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Location is amazing - we loved being able to walk to Melones beach, and walked into town for dinner every night! The views from the porch are amazing and we loved staying at the pastel house!

We loved our stay at Ann’s place. It was really relaxing-I awoke to the sound of the ocean, coffee with an ocean view, walked to the beach in the morning, visited Flamenco beach and Culebrita Island. I was happy we chose a place so close to everything - it was worth the ease. Ann has everything you need to be comfortable and to cook. Our last night we had a gorgeous sunset! Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Pastel Casita. The host Ann was welcoming and so helpful and kind during our stay. The views were amazing and sunsets out of this world! It was close to town but a golf cart was a good addition so you could get around Culebra. The Casita was quaint and perfect our our stay. Svea and Rob from Colorado!

Host Ann is wonderful. Always quick to reply to a question or need. The apartment is the bottom unit of another rental and Ann’s home is directly beside the apartment, joined by a walkway. So not super private, but Ann and her partner are quiet as were the folks above us. It was so nice to have the use of a washer and dryer and while the kitchen has the basics, it was all we needed for the small amount of simple cooking we did.There are many ceiling fans and the warm breezes are fantastic.

Great property on Culebra

The Casita is perfectly located, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is amazing. We didn't even rent a car because we could easily walk or take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go.

A few minute walk to the best snorkeling spot on the island which also has gorgeous sunset views. Very close to town but felt quiet and private. Ann was a wonderful host and we hope to come back to enjoy more time at her beautiful place!

A wonderful week in Culebra

We enjoyed our one-week stay at Pastel House Casita. Ann is a wonderful host. The property has a great location, right at the doorstep of Melones Beach, where we would go for an early morning swim or to watch the beautiful sunsets. It’s also within walking distance of the town centre and just 7–10 minutes' drive from the wonderful Tamarind and Flamenco beaches. On Ann’s advice, we took a day boat trip with H2O Water Taxi to Culebrita Island. Overall, our week was amazing. We enjoyed beautiful beaches and snorkelling, and we saw incredibly colourful and large fish, stingrays, sea urchins as big as volleyballs, and even swam alongside turtles.

The casita is Fantastic !! Probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. It’s cute and cozy, very well equipped, in a great location (3-4 min walk from Melones and very close to the restaurants etc). I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back soon!!!

Charming Hillside Retreat

We loved our stay at Pastel Casita on the Road to Melones Beach, Culebra, Puerto Rico. It was charming and rustic but very clean with beautiful views of the Caribbean, neighboring Vieques and Puerto Rico in the distance. Ann, the property manager, was very friendly, attentive and helpful in making our vacation so enjoyable. We look forward to a return visit!

An amazing spot!

We loved staying here! A fun, cute place for us. Such an incredible location! Quick walk to Melones. Easy to get to town. Ann was so easy to communicate with and helpful. She even gave us some muffins and butter because we arrived too late to make it to market.

We really enjoyed Anne’s house. It was very well appointed and everything you might possibly need is already there. Love the ambience and the proximity to Melones Beach and town. Anne is a sweetheart. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The best time ever!

Melones beach ( a short walk) is the best! Saw 3 octopi - a sand shark, a turtle. Susie’s restaurant was a special experience The pastel house has a wonderful ocean breeze and sunset views. Already miss the island!

Love Melones Beach

We found Pastel House very appropriate for our needs. We made most of our dinners and appreciated the full kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the shelves in the bedrooms for our suitcases and clothes. We appreciated being able to use beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. Because of the northeast wind, Melones Bay was a wonderfully relaxing beach a short walk away. The owner was very attentive to anything we needed.
