We had such a lovely stay! there was a larger group of us and we had plenty of room for everyone and our things. The home was clean, beds comfortable, and we had everything we needed and loved enjoying the hot tub. Communication with our hosts was wonderful and we had everything we needed. We’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Palm Beach!

Great Stay and Awesome Communication

I and three colleagues were in town for a conference and this house was perfect for us. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours. Everything about the house was great - the only "thing" that took us a little aback was the location. Driving to the house I was pretty concerned as many of the businesses and houses were very run down and ragged - which is just not what I was expecting. Felt like this house didn't belong on that block because it was so amazing!

Thanks again for staying with us Krysti! You were awesome guests! The whole area of Northwood is undergoing a major update with new construction of high-end apartments and waterfront condos. Many of the older houses are being demolished (for better or for worst) as they are making room for new houses. We’re very near the water and only a few miles from downtown which makes it an ideal location as a base. We’re also a short drive to Palm Beach and many other beaches including Singer Island and snorkeling spots.

When selecting a property for a family trip with three couples I reached out to Dexter with some questions and he replied within an hour, was very accommodating and so I booked our trip. I'm really glad we chose this property. The property is lovely, with clean modern design. It is immaculate. Three nice king size beds and bedrooms, each is unique. There are two bedrooms with king beds upstairs in the main house with one bath and a nice upstairs balcony. Downstairs has a bunk room and massive bathroom with double vanity that leads into the courtyard. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need and large counter space and island. Two seating areas, one, has a sectional and the other a sofa and four chairs. It is in a transitional neighborhood with several homes nearby either being new builds or total renovations. It is secure, with a gated, privacy fence all the way around. The images on the website are accurate as well.While we had no kids on our trip but this would be a great place for families with kids who would love the game areas both inside and out plus the great bunk room.The guest house has a king bed, efficiency kitchen, sofa, and lovely bathroom. It is equally beautiful to the main house.We had a minor logistical issue when checking in. I messaged Dexter and he called me in less than 3 minutes and resolved the issue immediately. He was polite and every communication with him has been a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
