Originally from Minnesota, our family moved to Clear Lake for a job opportunity. We put down roots here and LOVE the area so much that we want other people and families to be able to come and enjoy the area as much as we do! Having rental opportunities in the area is a perfect fit for this beautiful and bustling lake town.

We love all of the amenities that this building has built in! So close to the lake and downtown, yet just far enough to be peaceful and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Heated indoor pool, hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool. Our Condo is main level, quiet and comfortable with a harbor view!
