Very spacious home with comfortable, large gathering area for us gals to gather. Loved the details like Kleenex in each room, tin foil, plastic bags, just like being at home.

Very happy with our stay! It was roomy And accommodated six adults easily. The house was well stocked and tastefully decorated. Nice bedding and linens. Need to upgrade fire pit and take care of some miscellaneous maintenance but served our needs really well. Thank you, Jacob!

Norbs Nest was exactly as described. Close to everything in Clear Lake. Perfect for our family of 10 adult ladies celebrating my niece. House had all the amenities and very spacious. Super clean. Jacob, the host, was quick to respond to questions and made the check in and out process smooth.

This is a top notch property. Everything was extremely clean and well appointed. The host could not have been any better. Good communication and very prompt when we would ask a question. The check in procedure was really easy-to-use. There were 6 of us in our party and there was plenty of space for us all to sit at the table and downstairs watching TV. I would highly recommend this property to others.

We had the best stay at Norb’s Nest! The Owner, Jacob, was a great communicator and a wonderful host! The home is so lovely and comfortable. It was very clean, had great amenities, and a great location to many attractions in Clear Lake! We look forward to our next visit!

This house was perfect for our gathering of 6 cousins. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for us to make our meals in. We especially enjoyed the large table and chairs so we could all eat together and talk a lot. The deck also had a large table and plenty of chairs for us. The home is well maintained, very clean, comfortable for all. We would highly recommend it.

We had an excellent experience! We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was a favorite for the price and definitely our favorite in Clear Lake. The home had a calming feel and convenient for a large group due to the roomy open concept. They thought of all the comforts and details from quality furniture/beds to foil/baggies, etc.in the kitchen. No worn out feel to this house! Hosts were timely in responding and always upbeat/courteous/flexible. They had reasonable/clear rules and check out process.

Great stay in Clear Lake

We had a great stay in Clear Lake. Norb’s Nest was a great house for our family group that included six adults and a toddler. The house was very clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We are walkers and walked to the beach, downtown and to the Farmer’s Market. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean home in a great area. Home was well stocked so we didn't have to bring a lot of extra items. Host was great provided detail instructions and responded promptly. We had a busy wedding weekend so didn't spend a lot of time at the house but would like to plan a summer trip and would stay here again.

Adorable little house

Absolutely loved this little home it was so cute & comfy . we had a great time . the only thing I can suggest is the back yard needed to be mowed the grass was over grown & the porch brushed off it had debris all over it .

Great house, plenty of room for our group of 8. House was very clean and very nice! A little disappointed with the location compared to the listing. Listing pin shows right on south shore 2 blocks from the park but it's actually 9 blocks south of the park and 3 blocks east on the far side of 8th street. Too far to walk to the park with chairs etc. We would stay again but would probaly rent a golf cart or plan to drive to the park and drop off our stuff.

Our second stay at Norb’s Nest. We had a great time again. The house was spotless when we arrived. It is a comfortable place and worked well for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with things you might need. Appreciated the good supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Needs are comfortable. We used the booster chair, pack and play and safety gate with our two babies under one year. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. It is a good location to walk to most of Clear Lake attractions. Thanks for another good stay.
