“Craft Lower” is a classic Wrightsville Beach 1940’s style ground floor unit within a duplex that is economical and pet friendly. The fenced yard allows your four-legged family member to roam freely while you relax on the covered patio - a great spot for people watching or reading a book!

This unit 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with shower stall is all about getting back to the basics and spending quality time with family at the beach. Positioned in a super convenient location, this home is just across the street from the Oceanic Restaurant, Crystal Pier, and beach access!

Craft Lower is a traditional style cottage has everything you need for a beach getaway without all the frills and unnecessary clutter. The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher included among the appliances provided. The living and dining area are combined, making for a wonderful gathering space that has helped families reconnect and make lifelong memories for generations.

The two main guest rooms have full beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, making this home versatile for all types of vacationers. There are no steps required to access this property, a rare find for a beach home. This unique quality makes this home perfect for an individual, couple, or multi-generational families with children.

Great location and old school charm
The place was great inside. The shower could be a bit bigger put it worked. It would have been nice to have an outdoor shower or hose to get off the sand better before coming in the house. We had family over that live in wilmington so the front yard was ideal to have dinner outside. The outside chairs are in really bad shape ... rusted on the legs so they dont set even and on the arms so you could cut yourself. We had brought our own chairs so thst helped. All in all is was just what we needed at a great price.

Awesome location by the beach/ restaurants however - Needs an upgrade, noise above my head from other renters was disturbing, smell due to uncleanliness needs to be a a little modernize and more lighting. Door code and door knob was very difficult to handle .. ( reiterating) I believe that it would have been great for renting the entire house - also major upgrade would have been desired . Fresh paint , cracks could have been sealed and get rid of the extreme dust !! Electrical units for charging up laptops and phones the current was not strong enough .. the dead rat in the driveway..

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: i took the property for what it was considering it was built in 1948. it is at a convenient location, but view is lacking everything. as for the furniture, could be a more dated, plus the couch had a cat urine smell. the amenities were far and few. i would have given the management a 5 star,but i was never sent the entry code,and after 2 calls to office stating that code would be sent, which i have yet to receive. it was almost 5pm till we got entrance. even with the issues, i would consider this property for another stay mainly due to convenience.
