The house is a and tastefully furnished, designed to provide comfort and convenience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. It features four bedrooms, each and equipped with cozy beds to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests. This recently updated home is well stocked with essential amenities. Covered parking for your wake-board boat, truck, and RV!

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting to enjoy meals together while overlooking the scenic beauty outside.

Parties/Noise: Per regulations and local ordinances, and in order to respect the neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets: One dog with a $100 non-refundable fee. No barking, No furniture. We will not be held responsible in any way for anything happens to your pet.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping inside the house or there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Kim and Luis were great hosts. They were very responsive and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for a perfect stay. The bottle of wine and personalized card was a nice welcome!The home is exactly as described and is very clean in a great location. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider this home again when we return to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the private oasis! The owner, Kim, was great with her communication and was quick with her responses to any questions that we had. The location of the property was perfect and close to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part was relaxing in the backyard and enjoying the hot tub. We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect place to relax and recharge in between wedding activities.

This house was home sweet home. Such a comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are SO comfortable. Relaxing by the was Heavenly. Host Kimberley is amazing. We will come back.

Was a girls trip (over 60) getting together for an annual trip. Clean interior with plenty of beds for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and cooked one night on the grill; easy to use. Weather was perfect for floating in the pool. We never left the property!

The “Oasis” was perfect as a home base for a week of house hunting. The WiFi was fast so I could work remotely. The location worked great as a central location for exploring homes, shopping, fun and visiting family in Tahoe. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool when we had downtime and the park across the street was great for walking our dog. The hosts checked on us regularly, and left some nice treats to enjoy during our stay. Overall, it was perfect!

Property and amenities are great and clean. Location is right off a busy road, saw someone scoping out the backyard early in the morning on one of our days. Communication with property managers is good. Overall good stay and very enjoyable. Great space for boat/rv parking

Great for groups

Fun house with nice hot tub. Pool looked nice too but we didn't use it. We were in town for an event at the Johnson Ranch Sports Club, this is a great location convenient to that facility.

Beautiful, quiet, and convenient

Recently updated and nicely appointed. The pool and yard are extremely well-maintained and, despite being close to a main road, you feel like you're in the middle of the country. Owners are clearly very thoughtful and concenred about their guests' happiness. Great wifi with mesh network throughout the large home so I was able to work anywhere. I recommended this home for my local friends to use for their family's stays.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this rental house. There were a few minor hiccups that could have been bigger issues, but the owners were very repsonsive and quick to rectify the issues. Having a pool onsite was wonderful with our children and it was a beautiful pool. We didn’t use the hot tub as it was over 100 degrees in July, but it was clean and functioning. We would stay here again the next time we are in town to visit family.

Worth the Splurge!!

We regularly visit the area to see our family and typically host them in rental homes such as this one, so we've rented a few places in the area. This one provided a top-tier experience. - Lots of Privacy in the location of the home- Very modern but with a cozy rambler feel- Hot Tub and back patio area is fantastic.- Large King Bed in the master - The host provided snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival.This is legitimately an 8.5 out of 10 home and worth every penny to rent. I would 100% rent this house again if it's available on our future trips.These are not complaints, but they are things I would have wanted to know prior to renting the place that might help future travelers:- The home is directly off a somewhat busy arterial road with lots of traffic. There will be some street noise.- All of the bedrooms are one one side of the house. - The bathrooms are about halfway modernized. The vanities and faucets are great. The shower in the master and bathtub in the main bathroom leave a little to be desired.- We visited in early April, and the pool was a little bit dirty with leaf debris from the trees. Not a dealbreaker, we could have swam in it if we wanted to. Also, there isn't really enough light for night swimming.Like I said, not complaints at all and we loved our time at the home. You'll feel good about booking this home.

This was our second time staying at Kim and Luis’s home, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. That alone says a lot! They continue to be incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything is seamless and comfortable. The home is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a reliable and welcoming experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
