It is a nice place with a great location! However, I received check in information about an hour before check in, it's ok. The bed was sub par at best.Never received any checkout procedure and phone number was disconnected that was provided. However, the host did call back within a timely manner and provided a cell phone number. I would recommend a check in and check out procedure when booking. Also, I would inform the guests about paid parking in the garage across the street. A nice little map of the area with dining options on it would be nice as well. Overall, a decent place.
