Loma Esther is beautifully furnished and stocked for working professionals whom desire a tranquil environment. Home includes black out curtains, A/C, heater, and a large Park across the street for morning runs or evening walks. Close to highway and hospitals. This home includes a three bedroom, two bath, and private landscaped backyard. Parking available on premise or on street. Neighborhood is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Family oriented neighborhood, no parties or events allowed any noise complaint after 10 pm or evidence of parties will be immediate eviction with no refunds. No smoking inside property. Backyard is fully fenced however we are not responsible for any pets jumping the fence or going thru the fence. Fence is 4ft tall and pets should be monitored in order to avoid them jumping and go missing. Stays over 30 will need an application filled out which will be provided online. Washer and dryer is in premises as well for the comfort of the guest.
