Welcome to Loma Esther, a lovely home in East El Paso conveniently located near hospitals and the highway! This cozy three bedroom, two bath home is perfect for mid-term stays and is fully equipped for working professionals seeking a peaceful environment.
You'll find all the amenities you need here, including black out curtains, A/C, heater, and a beautiful private backyard for relaxation. The neighborhood is family-friendly with a large park across the street for morning runs or evening strolls. Parking is available on-site or on the street, and you'll be close to restaurants and grocery stores for convenience.
Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, so NO parties or events are allowed. Any noise complaints after 10 pm or evidence of parties will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
For guests with pets, the backyard is fully fenced but please ensure that your pets are monitored to prevent them from jumping over the 4ft fence. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority.
For stays over 30 days, an online application will need to be filled out. And don't worry about laundry - there's a washer and dryer on the premises for your convenience.
