Why they chose this property
I absolutely love this neighbourhood because it is quiet, well planned only 120metres to the amazing Tanganyika tarmac road. When I call Uber, it arrives in 2 to 4 mins. Amazing neighbourhood views and I sometimes take a walk or even a 2.5km drive to the beach. Need to go swimming the popular APC hotel, Bahari beach hotel etc are a few kilometres away.
The weather is cool and amazing. The wind coming about 2.5km from the ocean breezes in the house and outdoor which is amazing.
