Located in the heart of downtown Brenham, just steps away from the square where the vibrant smalltown offers numerous dining options, theatre, boutiques, coffee shops, bars and festivals of all sorts. The hotel offers a common area, lounge and kitchen with 7 private suites, one/two-bedrooms, all with coffee makers and oversized walk-in showers. Offered as a full hotel/venue booking or private suites individually. Inquiries welcome.

This space is Suite 2 on the second level of the hotel (stairwell), offering 2-bedrooms with 2 King beds, 1 twin built in bed, and 1-bathroom with double sink vanity with a walk-in shower, living/dining space, kitchenette w/coffee maker, TV and second floor access to the second-floor patio area.

Overall my stay was good. I had a few problems. I asked the host 2 questions and they were never answered. Suggestions to make Schoolhouse better: Need detailed instructions on gate and person gate. Need instructions on thermostat, it was locked to 68 degrees on heat and we needed the a/c, so it never ran. The information provided said there was a luggage elevator. It was pad locked with no instructions. The cost for the 2 Bedroom suite was 470/night and we were provided Walmart coffee and creamer. The beds were very comfortable and linens were great. Loved the overall feel of the Schoolhouse, lobby and room, very antique / industrial. I have already recommended to friend.
