The open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, providing a perfect place to prepare meals. The living room has a smart TV, couch, coffee table, and ceiling fan, creating a relaxing environment to unwind. The dining area features a table with four chairs and a credenza, ideal for enjoying meals or working from home. The backyard is fenced, providing privacy, and features two sitting areas on the patio, with one for conversation and relaxation and the other great for dining with a table that accommodates up to six. Additionally, a BBQ gas grill is available for use, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends.

As the renter of Casa de Cactus, you will have full access to Corte Bella's community amenities, including a heated pool, gym, hot tub, yoga salon, golf, pickleball, and tennis. The community is designed for those aged 55 and older, with at least one of the renters needing to meet that age requirement.
