Located on the ground floor of the main lodge building, Timberline Condo Unit 117 is conveniently situated for enjoying mountainside activities. Not only does it offer premium mountain access, but this residence has also been thoughtfully decorated to create a comfortable home base. With neutral colors and clean lines, Unit 117 reflects a modern lifestyle. The comfortable gray foldout sofa doubles as an additional sleeping space for those traveling with family or friends. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the evening, catching a movie on the flat screen TV equipped with cable.
The wood beam ceilings in this unit have been painted white, brightening the space. A natural wood shiplap focal wall and recessed lighting create a comfortable haven for settling into the queen bed for a good night's sleep. A raw-edge solid wood table doubles as either a workspace or a dining area. Get those last few emails sent out before hitting the slopes or enjoy an in-home meal prepared from the convenient kitchen. This studio condo boasts an efficiency kitchen complete with a two-burner stove, mini refrigerator, and microwave oven. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
