Rustic 1930s 2-Bedroom Cabin Retreat – Near UO, Autzen Stadium & Amazon Park
We love this home for its vintage character. Built in the 1930s, it still has its original oak flooring, lath-and-plaster walls, and an authentic rustic feel. While very original, we’ve worked hard to make it cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s not new, but it’s full of charm.
If you’re looking for something more modern, we do have updated units available on-site. Just message me for discounts and other listings so I can find the best fit for your stay.

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad you chose our Charming 1930s Style Rustic Home and we truly appreciate you as a guest. We always say that 5-star guests make 5-star stays, and part of making a stay truly 5-star is letting us know when any issues come up so we can handle them right away when you arrive — that way you can see our amazing 5-star staff in action. We understand that things happen, but we’re always here for you.
I’m sorry to hear about the floor cleanliness and coffee pot during your visit. We do have cleaning staff available to correct any issues right away if something isn’t up to standard, and we’ve since replaced the coffee pot and stocked extras of items in case anything gets broken without us being aware of it.
While we love this 1930s original rustic home for its vintage character, we also understand that it is dated and not modern. For guests looking for a newer feel, we have more modern units available on-site and are happy to share those options.
Thank you again for staying with us and for being a valued guest — we’d love the chance to host you again in the future.
Thank you,
Sean

Very cozy place, and the host was very friendly. The only surprise was having the cleaning people in the room next to the kitchen until 8 pm. That made me feel like I did not have privacy. I would have preferred they quit at 5 pm.

Why they chose this property
Embarking on this journey to our home near UofO and Autzen Stadium was not just a real estate decision; it was a journey from the heart. The reason I fell in love with this neighborhood isn't solely due to its proximity to Autzen Stadium and Matthew Knight Arena, although that's a significant perk. It goes much deeper, as I watched our child fall in love with UofO.
This area, it's more than just a place; it's become a part of our story. The modern amenities, the pet-friendly vibe, and the easy access to city activities are wonderful, but it's the vibrant spirit of this place that truly captured my heart. Amazon Park, with its sprawling 100 acres of recreation, community centers, and natural areas, isn't just a park; it's a hub of community life.
The trails, the playgrounds, the sports courts—it's like a symphony of experiences, offering something for everyone. This is a neighborhood where my passion for real estate meets my love for family and adventure. It's where the dreams of our child are nurtured, where they'll pursue education at UofO and experience the thrill of Autzen Stadium.
This neighborhood isn't just a location; it's a place where our story continues to unfold, one beautiful moment at a time.
