Master bedroom is a loft-style bedroom and is open to the living area on the 3rd floor. Please check the listing photos.

NOISE: This unit is part of an HOA so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. There are NO PARTIES allowed in the unit or on the roof, noise must be kept to a minimum and QUIET HOURS must be respected. Guests must be respectful of common areas and adhering to property security guidelines for the safety of all residents and property.

PLANTS: Our indoor and outdoor plants are serviced every other Monday or Tuesday between 10:30am-11:30am (duration 1 to 5 hours) so guests do not have to water them, just enjoy!

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be every other Monday or Tuesday between 10:30am-11:30am (duration 1 to 5 hours) to water and service indoor plants and outside plants, that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
- One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- Pet fee is required and non refundable
- Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

You must also acknowledge
- Security camera/recording device: Outdoor cameras at the two entrances for the home. One video camera pointing to the front door entrance, and another camera to the garage door in the courtyard. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
- Must climb stairs: Home is 5 levels high from the street. Guest bedroom is 2 steps down from the garage. Take 3 flights of stairs from street level or 2 from the garage to the kitchen and living area. Take another 2 flights of stairs to Master Bedroom and workout room, and another 2 flights of stairs to the rooftop.
