Perfect Cap Hill Property

Great stay at a very centrally located place for our family. The unit was exactly as described plus clean and well appointed. Excellent communication from the owners and easy check-in/check-out process. Will definitely be back.

This place has everything you need for a trip away from home. We loved our stay here, it was clean, lots of windows, and good location! We traveled with a 5 year old & one bedroom is on the first floor and the second is on the third floor so that didn’t really work for safety reasons so we ended up staying in the same room but it was comfortable and we will definitely stay here again. Street parking was a little tricky with some spaces temporarily blocked across the street but it still only took one out two trips around the block to find something. Easy peasy. Great place.

The interior of this property was excellent. Our family of 4 found it to be a very comfortable stay for the week. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the facilities were in good shape. It's very tastefully decorated as well! The host was available to help with an issue with the refrigerator, responding right away and helping to resolve it quickly. However, we were not expecting the location to be as dicey as it was. The church at the end of the block provided free meals for the homeless community, and this resulted in a constant presence of homeless folks in the street in front of the property. Tents, tarps, shopping carts, and lots of folks with mental issues or drug issues were regularly hanging out within half a block of the front entrance. Combined with the difficult parking in Capitol Hill, I often felt unsafe walking many blocks back to the property after parking far away each night. Kudos to the host for maintaining a wonderful property, and kudos to the church for providing food to those in need! Just NIMBY while I'm on vacation, please.

Holiday visit

Property is bright and clean. It’s located just a short walk to Broadway in Capital Hill where there are many shops and restaurants. Convenient to the light rail which goes to the airport. We had no need to contact the property manager as there were no issues which we needed help with.

Great place to stay

Walking distance to Cap Hill. Clean and cozy spot. Easy check in, and finding parking wasn’t too terrible. The place had all the needed amenities. As a tip, the downstairs bed is much more comfortable than the upstairs one. We learned the hard way as we didn’t do our due diligence in testing the beds beforehand. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Great location in Capitol Hill with 2 primary suites

This is a lovely and spacious unit in the middle of Capital Hill. The townhome was perfectly furnished with everything you need to enjoy a homelike setting. A parking pass is included so you can park on the nearby streets. It was very quiet and although we didn't use the roof top deck due to the rain the week we were there, it is a great outdoor space that includes a fire pit and has a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again.

Walkable and lovely

We were in Seattle for a short stay and once we parked, we didn’t need to drive anywhere and just enjoyed the Eliot Bay bookstore, the Argentinian restaurant and the other great choices for food and activities. Thanks for the stay! Oh!!! Amazing art on the walls and the book selections were spectacular! Love the Art book collections!
