About this property

5 level, fun, walkable urban artist's Loft. Trained dogs now welcome!

Your stay at my truly one-of-a-kind, 5-story artist’s loft. Expect a creative and unique loft in Central Seattle! You will find your group in a vibrant, yet homey, hideaway in one of the original neighborhoods. You'll find a mix of downtown perks within a walkable, safe neighborhood.

The urban vibe means that you start your morning at my favorite coffee shop (a block east) then stroll down for tasty breakfast. You are near everything you might need, even a convenience store across the street and lots of family-owned spots (even a brewery!)

Your group of up to 7 guests can be spread over the 4 levels. Each level has its own personality. It’s ideal for families, work trips, and close to a stadium, concerts an many groups centralize before an Alaskan cruise.

Be prepared for a true loft setup with LOTS of stairs for it's 5 levels. Beds are on 4 of the 5 levels and all are comfy. Parking has a very tight turn but ample street parking surrounds it, unlike downtown or Capitol Hill.

You can experience Seattle’s vibrant art energy. Despite being eclectic you'll fint it pristine and fully stocked, You'll be staying in a place that offers character over suburban standardization. My hope is that you’ll feel right at home.

Dogs are now welcome, although I have some limits. Small to medium well trained dogs only. No chewing or fur on furniture and must have a crate if unattended with no barking, Please consider not leave your doggo unattended if not fully crate trained.

I'll try to provide easy communication you will find it fully stocked from kitchen tools to umbrellas by the door. My guests have consistently told me that they can enjoy time together but enjoy retreat to their niche or bedroom to unwind on a comfy bed.

Please read the listing carefully so we will both know this is the perfect place for your group.

Host profile image
I’ve been a Premier Host on Vrbo and Superhost on the other platform since 2015 I love it.

I live closeby and I love my co-host Cappy, my dog. I’m as transparent as possible and provide as many details as I can think of including an FAQ and a list of nearby favorite spots that are nearby. Feedback, good or bad is welcome. I truly work hard in the hopes you feel safe, heard and happy with your stay, I try to improve based on feedback and appreciate suggestions and am as available as you prefer.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a true slice of heart and old-school vibe of Seattle. It’s creative, diverse, and full of independent spots. I love the area because it’s a part of town that still has soul.

And yes, Sir Mix-a-Lot really did grow up around the corner. It's packed with history including the fact that Yesler coined the phrase Skid Row.

I love how walkable it is, love that you can walk to almost any type of spot (grocery, pharmacy, exceptional food, and an important part of Seattle vibrant arts scene and the welcoming and open-minded vibe, welcoming all visitors.

What makes this property unique

It’s completely unique and you won’t find another space quite like it, especially for the cost that is low for a central location. We have a European wet room, sleeping nooks scattered around, a cook’s kitchen and an industrial live/work setup.Creative souls love it, suburban guests who want a standard house, not so much.

I have an Air Hockey table and Foosball coffee table, lots of games and things to entertain you.

It’s much more spacious and affordable for the price when compared to Seattle downtown hotels.

Despite its quirky layout and eclectic vibe, it’s designed to feel comfortable and is. meticulously cared for so you can settle in and both socialize and have your private space.

The master has a balcony connected to a large, indulgent soaking tub and roomy shower. The other shower is part of a European wet room (the whole room is the shower.

There are 2 balconies, one for gorgeous views and the other for people watching.

It's perfect for creative souls or have an interest in design.
