Within walking distance to the Train Station, night market, and grocery markets. On the ground floor is a 7-11 convenience store, and a City Bike Station across the street in the park. Free Wi-Fi, per month if water, electricity, and gas bill is more than $50/month, the Residents is responsible for the overage . Usually the guest do not turn on the AC and open the windows/doors the monthly bill is under $50. The condo can accommodate up to five people maximum.
