Private perks include a courtyard-like patio equipped with a gas grill, a shaded dining area, and a covered patio lounge centered around a gas firepit.

Cool-to-the-touch tile floors extend throughout all the household living areas of the home and plush carpeting can be found in each bedroom. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan all your favorite home-cooked meals. A gas fireplace and a smart TV anchor the living room. Smart TVs are also equipped in all three bedrooms for added flexibility. Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Beyond the community's gates, you'll find plenty of year-round activities and attractions from renowned golf to scenic desert hikes. Gas, groceries, and convenient dining options are located within two miles of the home. Joshua Tree National Park is 35 miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
