Beautiful home in gated Desert Breezes tennis community. 3 BR / 2BA / 2Car garage. Private pool and jacuzzi. Sleeps 8. Completely furnished. Outdoor bar with sink and fridge. BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room. Formal dining room. Living room with fireplace. Wet bar. Den with 55" HDTV and sleeper sofa.

Great location, convenient to shopping, fine dining, world class golf and casinos. For professional tennis fans, our home is very close to BNP Paribas Tennis Center located just down Washington Avenue.

Please note... Pool does have a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi is not separately heated. It is the same temperature as the rest of the pool.

Another great stay!

This is our second vacation at this home and it was even better than the first with a couple of upgrades having being made - new grill, pergola and solar panels. Steve is dedicated to keeping up the maintenance as required and investing in improvements. He and his local property manager Jeannie are quick to respond to any questions/concerns you might have. As I probably mentioned before, we really like the location as well. Also, this house has four distinct areas to 'hang out' inside the house if the heat gets too much for you outside! It is also well stocked with various kitchen condiments and consumables such has soap, paper products, etc. Looking forward to returning.

Fun in the Desert

The property is just as pictured. And per several reviews, the owner is very responsive with any questions or concerns. The kitchen has just about every tool you would need to cook anything. We stayed for two months and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We would stay there again.

Darting Dragonflies

The interaction with the host, Steve Moore, was stellar. He responded immediately to all questions and concerns. We loved the location of the house, the community and of course, the pool!! There was so much wildlife: dragonflies (hence the title), hummingbirds, ravens, roadrunners, rabbits, koi, turtles, song birds and even a heron!!

Beautiful property, great owner!!

This is a beautiful property in a very peaceful, gated community. The nicely manicured corner lot faces south and west so you will have plenty of sun on the yard and pool for most of the day. It is a corner lot which provides for a very open feeling and nice mountain views. The owners are great. Very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. The home is very well kept, with newer appliances, etc. and well stocked with most everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We look forward to returning.

Another Fantastic Stay

This is our second visit to Steve’s place and it was as wonderful as the first. The house is amazing. Spotlessly clean, well stocked and an absolutely beautiful outside space. Check in was simple, we were met at the property and given a personal check in experience. Communication was excellent both with Steve and the management company. Couldn’t recommend it high enough and would love to return in the near future.

Wonderful home from home

We had a wonderful family vacation in Steve’s home. The house is spacious, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a month long stay. The outside space is an oasis of calm and light. From eating breakfast on the patio to relaxing poolside in the sun. Great communications with Steve and the local property management. Desert Breezes is a lovely complex. Access to the Exercise room and tennis was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Great House!

This house was perfect for our needs. It is very clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of closet space. We loved hanging out in the pool area and the privacy of the backyard as well as all the natural light inside the house. Great location in a quiet gated community with lots of amenities. Steve and Cheryl are great hosts, they are very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding Palm Desert Home with complete amenities

Beautiful home in a gated community with access to tennis, swimming pools, hot tubs and recreational/workout facilities. The 3 bedroom home (including pool) is beautifully furnished and well equipped to meet all the personal needs of a short-term or extended vacation.

Wonderful vacation rental

Really enjoyed staying in this spacious vacation home. The home is very well maintained and very welcoming. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Also we appreciated that it was well stocked with paper and cleaning supplies.
