Amenities include central air and heating; gas stove; stainless steel appliances; soapstone counter tops; fully stocked kitchen; washer and dryer in unit (laundry soap and Oxyclean provided); WiFi; smart television in living room; DVD player; surround sound in living room; new Keurig and conventional coffee maker; spa showers; dishwasher; new deck with patio furniture and umbrella. Linens and towels included. Fully stocked pantry with paper towels, tissues, spices, etc. Park in the convenient nearby off-site location or take the ferry from Boston and avoid the traffic. All you need to bring is yourself!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

We had a very relaxing weekend stay at Val’s place. Woke up with a beautiful view of the bay and coffee. Walked along the Commercial St packed with interesting little shops, restaurants, and clubs. Went for a swim at the beach, and saw many seals. :)

Great place to stay if you want it all!

Spacious accommodation located in the heart of everything with unbelievable beachfront access and views. A quiet hideaway when it's time to wind down from the day. Easy access to coffee, cannabis, and some of the finest food on Cape Cod.

Wonderful Place!

We love staying at Val's place in Ptown. It is in the perfect location, the space is excellent with spacious common space, 2 matching sized bedrooms and bathrooms (which was perfect for 2 couples - no one felt that they were slighted), and a great deck with view of the water. The condo building had a little private feeling beach and the coffee shop was steps from the unit. Can't wait to get back for another wonderful vacation!

I live in Brookline (a suburb of Boston) and work in Boston. I have been visiting Provincetown for many years. I bought this condo and completely renovated it in 2013. I continue to make updates each year including new patio furniture in 2018 and new dishwasher in 2019, and new washer in 2020. There is a brand new gorgeous deck as of June 2023.

Why they chose this property

Waterfront condos in Provincetown are hard to find. I bought this condo because of its stunning waterfront view and ultra-convenient location. I stay here whenever I can so I made sure to make it a special place that's clean, comfortable, well-decorated and has all the modern conveniences.

What makes this property unique

This condo is on the second floor right on the bay beach. The views are amazing. You can hang out on the deck, stroll on the beach or visit the clubs, stores and restaurants located nearby. Your vacation can be as quiet or as exciting as you want it to be.
