Additionally, guests can enjoy the condo's amenities and shared spaces within the complex, fitness center, outdoor lounging areas, grill space, and private parking.

CCR's --- Host will email guest a copy of the community's CCR's. Guest is required to abide to the CCR's or the reservation may be cancelled by host without a refund.
TENANT REGISTRATION --- Host will email guest a copy of the community's required Tenant Registration Document. Guest is required to return a signed & completed copy to the host within 3 Days of check-in. or the reservation may be cancelled by the host without a refund.
COMMUNITY ORIENTATION --- Upon check-in, the host will help coordinate a convenient day & time for the guest to complete a welcoming community orientation with the property management company. Orientation is short & easy and required by the property management company.
Check-in time is at 4pm or later, and check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
Pets are allowed on the premises.
Parking is available in the designated space for the condo as well as a guest parking bay. Please ensure you park in the correct area.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES --- Our check-in time is 4:00pm and our check-out time is 10:00am. Please be respectful of these times so that our cleaning crew can prepare for our next guests.
FLEXIBILITY FOR CHECK IN/OUT --- Late check-outs are not allowed "unless authorized".
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES --- Please take the trash out to the trash room across thee hall. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn the clean cycle on.
NO SMOKING --- Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty.
PET POLICY --- Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. Please add your pets to the reservation details.
NO PARTY RULE --- Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on a VRBO listed property in any case.
NOISE LEVELS ---NO excessive noises from 9pm-7am please. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees.
HOME SAFETY --- Our home is NOT baby, infant, and child proofed, so please supervise children at all times. Safety concerns include but are not limited to hot oven / stove, cleaning chemicals, furniture corners, and electrical outlets.
UNVERIFIED GUESTS --- Please add the correct number of guests to your reservation details. Only the number of guest(s) added to the reservation are allowed on the property.
TRASH --- Please place all trash down the trash shoot in trash room across the hall. Do not leave trash outside of the condo.
DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR HOME --- Damages done to the property during your rental period will result in an open claim. We check the home’s condition after every guest leaves and will document damages with photos. Examples of damages are evidence of pets or smoking, drawings on the walls, torn furniture, scratched wood floors, damaged devices, broken decorations, etc.
MAINTENANCE --- If you have any maintenance issues, please contact your hosts ASAP so that we can promptly coordinate repairs.
SHOES --- We try very hard to keep the home spotless. Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
AMENITY FORGIVENESS – The hosts try their best to provide all advertised amenities but recognize that occasionally an item may be missing, or a description may be incorrect. With sufficient notice, the host will attempt to replace missing items before the guest checks out. Guest accepts that refund requests relating to missing items or inaccurate descriptions will not exceed a total of $10.
STAINED LINENS & TOWELS – The hosts try their best to provide clean and stain-free linens and towels for every guest reservation. The guest accepts that they may be charged a fee for stained linens and towels up to a month following their reservation. Time-stamped photos and itemized costs will be provided.
