SIMPLY FILTHY
We checked in Friday 5/24 @ 7:30PM, at 8:04PM we were texting with Nia about how the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. All 4 of the bathrooms were dirty with hair in the sinks, showers, and stains in the toilet. Nia did try to contact the cleaning company but due to it being after hours no one was available to come clean the bathrooms. We clearly couldn’t wait until the next day so we had to clean all 4 bathrooms and clean the linens before we went to bed that evening. (Mattress are overly stained) Nia insist that someone come to clean the bathroom the next day and that is what someone did and that is all they did. However, we had already been inconvenienced and disgusted with all of the filthy things we continued to find. I did ask for a partial refund, which Nia said she would consider once she spoke with her partners. The property clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months because it was dust built up everywhere. Words cannot describe how dirty this house was. I wish I could attached the pictures and videos to this review.
