About this property

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Both bedrooms have a TV and dedicated workspace for remote workers. The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. Large shower with fast hot water, no bath. Large screened in back porch with patio furniture and Grille overlooking scenic pastures and fields. Off road parking and carport. Close to 75, 15 minutes to Downtown and 30 minutes to Gainesville. WEC is 5 minutes down the road.

Light and airy with 2 big bedrooms. Open up the French doors to bring the outside feel in.

Only pets allowed are non aggressive dogs that are house trained. Service dogs are not allowed to be left at the house on their own. Please pick up after your dog if you are bringing one, and 2 dog max.
Please be mindful about a/c on and doors open, and there is not a dishwasher.
