THANKSGIVING VACATION RUINED
The host never responed to our repeated attempts via text, email and phone about how to access the property. We ended up staying in separate hotel rooms on Thanksgiving weekend. To add insult to injury, the VRBO rental fee was deducted from our bank account and we are now waiting for VRBO to process our refund.
