2 Bed Villa heart of Downtown

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located villa in the Heart of downtown Sacramento. Blocks from Golden 1 center as well as all midtown restaurants and attractions.
Take a nice stroll around Southside park , or go for a horse drawn carriage ride in Old Sacramento. Many other attractions await you in old sac including the historic delta king and the world renowned railroad museum. Experience the newly renovated Crocker Art museum as well as the State Capitol only blocks away.

The whole condo! There is a separate two unit downstairs. If you have a larger party you maybe able to rent both 302 and 304. Please contact us for availability. The garage is shared, one garage space (stay on left side).

Depending on Availability you can occupy both units 302 and 304 Villas. 302 is 2bd and 1 bath (5 guests) 304 3bd and 2baths (8guests) All spaces are disinfected and cleaned to high standards.

The property was in a fabulous location next to freeway, allowing for easy travel. It wasn't overstated in terms of decor and had everything needed as a home away from home! We will stay here again!

Great spot

Parking and entry was easy and having a garage to park in was also nice. Was able to rent this with the above unit to accommodate a lot of people.

First night of our travels

Everything was good except we found the unit very dark. They have put more lights in kitchen but living room still very dark. Perhaps if they painted it white that might help.
