It was a cozy stay for us. We came for a CrossFit competition and were able to relax each night comfortably in the home. Hopefully we will be back.

Beautiful property and convenient amenities.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a night and enjoyed the space and backyard. The decor and aethetic was stunning and gave me ideas for my own home. The host was communicative and checked in regularly. Highly recommend!

Really nice place and worth the cost.

The house is a two story with the master bedroom up on the second floor. The house has been remodeled and it looks really nice inside. The neighborhood is older, but super quiet. The backyard has nice shade trees and a very cool covered patio. I would definitely stay here again.

West Sac visit

Once again in Sacramento visiting our son in college. The location was perfect to visit his downtown apartment easily, and we loved the friendliness of the neighbors on our walks with our puppy. The house suited our needs perfectly as well. *This is our second time renting a house from Ryker and his team and I cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

What a cozy home!

Ryker was an incredible host, and kept in great communication throughout our trip. The house is very spacious to accommodate our family, and pet-friendly as well. The neighborhood is super quaint, and the Fall colors were beautiful as well. Overall. a well-stocked, well-maintained house which served our purposes nicely, for a special Thanksgiving weekend visit to the Sacramento area :)

Nice!

This was a very cute VRBO. The upstairs addition is very nice as is the original part of the house. Very clean. Had a nice back patio area we didn’t get the opportunity to use. I was concerned we hear road noise, but there wasn’t any. Very convenient location. It’s a new vrbo, so only offering feedback, just need additional dishes as we ran out quickly with 4 of us. I would definitely stay here again!
