Upon reviewing your claims, we found no clear evidence to support them, despite multiple requests for photos or further details. Additionally, our cleaner provided a reference video showcasing the property in its clean and well-maintained condition prior to your stay. The issue regarding the broken light in one room could have been promptly addressed if brought to our attention during your stay. While our staff thoroughly inspected the property and found no grounds for the claims made, we value your feedback and will continue to work towards enhancing our guest experience.
