- Each room will come with an extra set of bedsheets, towel sets (bath, hand, and face towels), fleece blankets, and pillowcases.
- Each room has a tower fan for additional cooling.
- Each room including the bathroom can be locked from the inside with a privacy knob.
- Most of the rooms all come with USB port charging stations and three-prong outlets.

Sun House

Great house with all the amenities you need. Easy access to Downtown Sacramento. Fong is an amazing host, Making sure every detail is covered. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and clean

Overall this was a perfect base camp for our speech tournament. A little smell of weed in the neighborhood, but overall a wonderful experience and nothing the host could prevent.

Home was immaculate

The house was as described maybe even better. It was clean and had lots of upgrades even more than described. Very nice house and well worth the price. I would say that it sleeps 10 more comfortably than11. The property owner was very kind and responded promptly always even offering up extra things which was nice. The only downside was the neighborhood is not all that great but again it Serviced its purpose and amd we would stay here again!! Thank you Fong!

The home was wonderful, it was clean and very accommodating. We traveled as a family with my senior parents, and it was great having a master bathroom with an easy access to the shower. Although truly one of the best things was the size of every room and bed. There was plenty of space for our clothes as well. The backyard was very spacious and we enjoy being able to BBQ and enjoy the peaceful night. My parents loved that everything had a labels from the extra towels to the dishes. The neighborhood was also quite peaceful and seemed in it own way welcoming. We were a party of 7 and we fit very comfortably, and our host was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. I can truly say we can't wait to come out and stay at this home again and again.
