Place was in a convenient area, it was clean and met our needs well. Place is a little older but well maintained for most part. Only enough silverware for 2 but that was fine for us.

Nice little place

Convenient location for doing scottsdale activities, we stayed here to attend Tiki Oasis and was a very short rideshare away, very close to fashion square, and a short ride to old town scottsdale. Host was very helpful

Excellent location!

Condo was close to everything in Scottsdale and very clean. It does need some minor maintenance (primarily in the bathroom) but the ease of getting around, close parking, and ground level unit made up for that!

The stay was pretty much as expected from the listing. It's a simple place with a nice kitchen for quick meals. The couch is fairly small, and not very comfortable, but the king bed was VERY comfortable. We were a walkable distance to the Fashion Square mall, and quick Uber ride to Old Town Scottsdale. We were very happy with the outside courtyard around the pool for taking our pup on a quick walk and potty break. Overall, it felt like a nice safe community, and if we were there during summer, we probably would have swam in the pool. It's a dated home that could use some general improvements, but all worth it for the location. One request would be additional towels and washcloths for guests and maybe a box of tissues. We would stay here again for it's convenience and pet-friendliness.
