Enjoy a little bit of paradise. This clean, single family corner rental is on a bay block in beautiful Beach Haven Terrace. A few houses away from a guarded bay beach and pavilion. Conveniently located near Wawa, The Beach House, California Grill, Oyster House, Terrace Tavern and more. It is a short bike ride to Bay Village and all the attractions. This home contains 4 bedroom (Room 1 – 1 queen bed, Room 2 – 1 queen bed, Room 3 – twin bunkbeds with trundle, Room 4 – twin over full bunk bed with trundle), 2.5 bath and outdoor shower. Enjoy dining outdoors, grilling on the new flat top grill, or an evening outside by the Solo Stove. Want to catch a view – go to the top deck and enjoy the sunset, sunrise or fireworks. Updated in 2023 with paint, flooring upstairs, windows, carpet and light fixtures. Detached garage is full of fun with ping pong table, corn hole, beach chairs, wagons, bikes and more. Sorry no pets or smoking!

Lovely home, great neighborhood

Great spot near bay and town, wonderful light-filled and newly renovated home, close to everything. Owner very communicative. We will definitely rent again!

The property was absolutely lovely. It met all our expectations. The home was so clean and the roof top deck was a great place to have our morning coffee. The location was very close to all that LBI has to offer. I would recommend this house. We look forward to spending our next summer family vacation at this home. The host was very responsive to all of my concerns and questions.
