Conveniently located near Wawa, The Beach House, California Grill, Oyster House, Terrace Tavern and more. It is a short bike ride to Bay Village and all the attractions. This home contains 4 bedroom (Room 1 – 1 queen bed, Room 2 – 1 queen bed, Room 3 – twin bunkbeds with trundle, Room 4 – twin over full bunk bed with trundle), 2.5 bath and outdoor shower. Enjoy dining outdoors, grilling on the new flat top grill, or an evening outside by the Solo Stove. Want to catch a view – go to the top deck and enjoy the sunset, sunrise or fireworks. Updated in 2023 with paint, flooring upstairs, windows, carpet and light fixtures. Detached garage is full of fun with ping pong table, corn hole, beach chairs, wagons, bikes and more. Sorry no pets or smoking!
