The views never get old at Bay Point Penthouse! This 3-bedroom unit is a slice of paradise overlooking the Papagayo Peninsula and Culebra Bay. Updated in December 2024, this penthouse unit has it's own private pool with BBQ and covered dining area, plus an oceanview balcony that provides sweeping views of the lush jungle and stunning sunsets.

From the main entry, you can head right to your private pool area, or head upstairs to this stunning condo. The property offers 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms plus an open dining, living and kitchen space that opens to the wrapped balcony with access from both the living room, dining space and primary bedroom.

Set inside the gated community of Vistas del Pacifico, this area is quiet and peaceful with minimal traffic or buildings nearby. There is plenty of parking available at the property and guests also have access to the Vistas del Pacifico community pool.

Breath taking view from deck and front rooms of the condo. Place was equipped with everything that you will need for your stay, regardless of length of time. We enjoyed the private pool every day as well as the community pool that was a very short walk away. The small mini fridge at the pool was a nice touch as it kept our beverages cold while we enjoyed the view and swimming.The location was perfect for us since it was a short distance to many beaches but far enough away from the towns to avoid the noise and crowds.The professional management team was spot on for communication.

We spent a month at this property. It was comfortable. Nice pool area with lots of shade. Great community pool as well. Easy drive to amenities in the area. The BBQ is located downstairs at the pool and was not very convenient for cooking evening meals. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We spent 5 days in this amazing penthouse. The views are breathtaking!, the accommodations within the unit are perfect. There is ample space within the unit for entertainment or just relaxing. The unit is within 25 minutes of the airport and the same distance from the ocean. The onsite staff is professional and knowledgeable of everything in the local town. We enjoyed the private pool area. In addition to it being a private space, it also provided spectacular views of the ocean . I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a sophisticated getaway location .

Hosts were very good about communication! This condo was incredible - even though the pool is not a direct line from the ocean view - you still get the best views from anyone in the area from the condo!!! Very clean - all of the amenities were up to standards and as described. Only note would be to make sure you have clear communication with your ride service going to and from , if you do not have a car to rent. It is difficult as a non local to communicate most directions and it is not easy unless you have google maps (get that before, helpoful with NAV)... ZERO complaints from our group! The two of us had an incredible time... defeinoitely great for groups of 4-10 with the space and private pool. VERY WELL DONE!
