BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite

Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee machine), cookware, bakeware, serveware, tools, and accessories.

Ready to grill? Our fully-equipped grilling station has all the tools you need for a mouth-watering barbecue. For meals or maybe just an afternoon snooze, our open-air pavilion captures the refreshing Florida breeze just right. Feeling playful? Rally your friends and family for a spirited game of cornhole or other lawn games we've got set up for you.

You'll love the fact that we offer a bonus rec room complete with a ping-pong table. It's the perfect spot for endless fun and a little friendly rivalry!

Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. When it comes to getting around Fort Lauderdale your best bets are driving or hopping on a rideshare. Our Kasa has an open driveway that fits two cars, so parking's a breeze. Up for a little adventure? You can pedal your way to the beach in under 20 minutes. If you’re flying in, the nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 10 miles away.
PLEASE NOTE: Street parking is not available, nor permitted at this property. Our driveway can only accommodate two vehicles. Additional vehicles need to be parked offsite, not on the street.

Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:
0-6 nights: $25/night
7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
The maximum length of stay at our Kasa is 90 nights.
If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.

Interaction with Guests:
We'll send you instructions on accessing your Kasa before you arrive. Access codes will be provided 30 minutes before our standard check-in time.
