Fabulous stay

House was clean and had all necessities. Host was super responsive and helpful. Location was fabulous- close to the zoo and an online-only order food hall with tons of choices just steps away. Parking spot/pass available but also street parking was always open within a block during our stay. Absolutely recommend!

An amazing gem amongst Philadelphia. Was perfect for my family of 5. Easy to navigate and park around the complex. Only a few to the Philly Zoo, Musuem of Art and Frankin Institute. One warning, if you have bad knees, there are quite a few steps. We have favorited this spot for our next return trip to Philly! Thanks!

Beautiful modern condo with easy street parking. It was the perfect location for our plans in Fairmont Park. Highly recommend! Only thing missing was a hair dryer

Pros:- Spacious, decent amount of street parking, modern & secure building.Cons:- Cleanliness: the place needed to be swept & mopped. When I asked the host where the broom was they suggested I rinse/clean the outdoor broom on the roof & use it for the indoor floors. - There is no dedicated parking spot. There is a parking pass used for the open lot in the back however there were only 6 spots & they were always taken so street parking had to be used throughout our stay. - Host helpfulness. Although they were responsive, they weren’t as helpful. A broom is needed for an 8 day stay. I like to clean up in order to feel comfortable. - Although the home is modern, I would not list it as luxury based on some of the Cons mentioned.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The space was very clean, and exactly as advertised. While there were a few small amenities missing (ie. no dishwasher tabs or salt), these were minor and did not impact our overall experience. Everything was in working order and the furniture was comfortable. The roof deck was lovely to sit on.
