Beautiful cottage on a quiet street in the South Beach enclave of Point Roberts, Washington. Walk to the beach.
The space
This cottage has plenty of charm and is really well laid out with a full kitchen and a spacious living room. It also has a separate office with great windows.
Guest access
All the space is accessible.
The cottage has a mini-split for heating and cooling, propane fireplace with remote, full size washer and dryer and outdoor firepit. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. One queen and one full bed - both very comfortable. Internet access is 12 Mbps - adequate for most tasks and TV streaming. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The large backyard has a firepit, you may have to buy wood.

We live in California and enjoy going to Point Roberts as often as we can. We enjoy the quiet that the place offers and its close proximity to Vancouver.

Its the sunniest point on the point!
What makes this property unique
The property is constantly being upgraded. We are going to replace the outdoor shower in the spring. Currently it is not functional.
