Providing the perfect gateway to Arches National Park and other outdoor recreation hotspots, outdoor lovers will adore the home's close proximity to unbelievable natural sites. When you aren't hiking along Bull Canyon Overlook or Cooper Ridge, head for the Moab Backyard Theater for a live show, followed by a visit to one of the local restaurants for a delicious bite.

Back at your stay, quickly feel at home amidst the comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV in the living room. The adjacent full kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its updated appliances, wooden cabinetry, and ample meal prep space. When you aren't dining at the formal dining table inside, head for the covered patio where al fresco dining awaits.

Equally inviting, the home's bedrooms are adorned with desert mementos, high-quality linens, and central air. A private washer/dryer, a high chair, and a Ping-Pong table round out the home's interior perks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
