The convention center is across the street, and there are numerous Mexican restaurants, steakhouses, and other dining establishments within a block. There is even a Starbucks across the street. The world famous 6th street is 2 blocks distance, and the rest of downtown is easily accessed by foot, pedicab, or traditional taxi.

The televisions in both the living room and master bedroom have cable television.
