Was very pleased with our stay here. The proximity to Lady Bird and downtown was excellent. Cute house, did not skimp on pillows & beds-so comfortable! Great backyard space with guests needs in mind. Didn't have any issues with the property and the communication was very clear and included all the necessary info. Saved for future visits.

We had a wonderful time at this property for a girl’s weekend! Neal was incredibly responsive when we ran into an issue, and took care of our concerns promptly and with no disruption to our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We we're definitely disappointed after arriving. The back yard was NOTHING like pictured. No swing, no working grill, just lots of overgrown weeds and mosquitoes. Inside there was a lack of comfortable seating. Also the place just didnt seem to be well maintained, kinda grimy, especially outside. The large shower still had hair on the drain. There were zero washcloths, zero trash bags, and all the towels were still in the dryer. We left a day early. However, the air was great and kept it cool inside, the beds were comfortable and the location was decent. Would be okay if you were just looking for a quick place to rest while you're in town.

The location of this house was awesome! We could walk to so many restaurants and the lake. Checkin was a breeze and host was super responsive. The house itself was a little different than expected, mostly because it’s more like a manufactured home/trailer with some add-ons than we had envisioned. There were five of us, supposed to be six but one couldn’t join last minute. I don’t think there would have been enough indoor seating for six. Bedrooms are small but fine. Primary bathroom was very nice and large. The backyard has a lot of potential but the large table and chairs were very dirty (just need a power wash maybe) so we couldn’t use them, and the yard is mostly fallen leaves/dirt/weeds. Overall, good place in a great location for a good price. Thank you!

Overall a great stay, the details on how close 6th street & Rainey street were a bit obscure. I do wish the map showed a better accuracy, nothing of the hosts fault, though.

My friends and I had a great stay at this place! It was perfectly sized for the 6 of us and really close to restaurants and food on/near Caesar Chavez but also great location to get to downtown or lady bird trails. We would stay here again!

Nice trip and location. The kitchen needs more basics for cooking - larger pots, strainer, utensils, etc. Floors are slanted and plumbing pressure an issue. Nice outdoor space and firepit.
