Adorable little spot right next to downtown and all the things to do. Start your day walking around the corner to a wonderful local coffee shop then you’re a short drive or walk if feeling adventurous from a lot of the attractions of Austin. Also within 30 minutes of a few state / city parks for adventures.

We came into Austin for my husbands 40th birthday with my in laws. This house was in a great location, walkable to the river and a short drive to get downtown. It was smaller than expected, but it worked for our needs. Downsides: super low water pressure for showers, gets really warm especially at night, and there were so many mosquitos outside without any bug spray or citronella candles provided. Other than that it was a great stay!
