Manor on Memorial

This home is prefect for a large family or group. The Manor on Memorial is a spacious house set up with large group in mind, enjoy comfort and many amenities to make your stay special. It has a huge gated yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities, along with off street parking and beautiful landscaping. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Like, Niagara Falls State Park, The Niagara Aquarium, The Seneca Niagara Casino, Fort Niagara and plenty more. Just a short drive or walk away!
The space
This beautiful spacious home sleeps 12 comfortably! It includes 4 big bedrooms, one of which is a "family suite" that can sleep 5. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a standing shower and one with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. A full kitchen with a free coffee/tea bar. A big living room with plenty of seating and a big TV with free wifi for all to enjoy. A beautiful dinning room with seating for 8 plus a high chair if needed. Along with a work space/welcome center. The home is sitting in the middle of 1/3 acre with beautiful landscaping creating a private secluded feel. Off street parking for up to 3-4 cars.
Guest access
Guest have access to the two main levels of the home with plenty of space to enjoy. The Basement, attic and all locked cabinets and doors are all off limits to guests. The Guests are welcome to utilize the big yard and lawn furniture as well as the back alleyway to access parking near the garage. Guests do not have access to garage, the owner uses it to store lawn care items and may access it from the alley from time to time (this should not disturb or concern guests in any way).
Other things to note
Guests are encouraged to make themselves comfortable while maintaining respect for the home and the hosts. So please take your shoes off at the door, no eating in the beds and if there's ever any issues with your stay (i.e. the toilet, an appliance, a light went out or a nosey neighbor) please feel free to contact the owner to solve these issues, we are here and close by to make your stay everything you expected.

PLEASE NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED! This is a big house on a big lot. This home has not been baby proofed and the street out front can occasionally have some traffic. Leaving children unattended can be dangerous.

NO parties or events. NO smoking or vaping indoors, designated smoking area outside. NO underage drinking. NO irresponsible or overdrinking that may result in injury, broken items, stains

Family vacation

The house was very clean and lots of activities for the kids to play with. They LOVED the book nook. We had no issues with the neighborhood and was very close to the Falls and other attractions.

Beautiful old house with lots of charm, and space for our family of 8. Excellent location very close to Niagara State Park, and the border crossing. Neighborhood is up and coming, and quiet. We would absolutely come back and stay again! Our kids LOVED the book nook (or as we joking called it the Harry Potter library) and played in there whenever we were home. Also loved the breakfast nook in the kitchen!

Very good location and spacious house

The property is in an ideal location, 1.3 miles walk to the Falls. (and we walked) The house is a renovated old house, keeping some old house charm. The 4 bedrooms are upstairs and my family spread out, occupying each room. The master bedroom is huge and the beds are comfortable. The wooden stairs and the upstairs wooden hallway creaked when walking on them.
