🛏️The Space:

The three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome features an entrance veranda, covered rear porch with private courtyard, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The bedding arrangements include two kings, one queen, one twin. This unit accommodates up to 7 guests.

***RESORT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
September 2026 – May 2027

North Beach Resort & Villas will be completing upgrades and improvements throughout the property from September 2026 through May 2027.

As part of our continued efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, these projects will involve work on building exteriors, unit balconies, pool facilities, and other common areas. Due to the scope of the work, certain units, balconies, pools, and common areas may be temporarily unavailable at various times.

During this period, you may see construction equipment, contractors, and workers throughout the resort. You may also experience construction-related noise during active working hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve and enhance North Beach Resort & Villas. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciate your cooperation during this time.

This house was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the pool. Our family was in town for a wedding at 21 main and was able to walk to and from the venue. Would deff stay again

Nice Stay

Had a nice weekend at the townhome. Easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach or you can catch the shuttle less then a 2 minute walk from the front door. The place was spacious and fairly well appointed.
