Midcentury Home + Private Pool + Lake Minnetonka Beach Access + Forested Acreage

We invite families and friends to create lifelong memories in this spacious, 3 level home on a 1.5 acre lot with private backyard. This home is minutes from great restaurants, public boat launch, shopping, public beach, and entertainment. Enjoy the pool, firepit, deck, patio and paddleboards!

The heated, in-ground pool is open from mid-May through mid-September (weather permitting).

The primary bedroom (upper floor) has a king bed, loveseat, fireplace, TV and adjacent full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (upper floor) has a queen bed, two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with 48" shower.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and TV. It is located on the main floor.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub down the hall. This bedroom is on the lower level.

There are three separate group gathering areas and cozy quiet areas when you need some space. There is a private, quiet office/workout room in the lower level where you can get some work done or stream your favorite yoga class.

There is video surveillance outside the house. If you or anyone else in your group is uncomfortable with exterior video surveillance, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere.

Children are welcome, however please be aware the home is not set up for young children. The home is not child-proofed.

There is parking for up to four cars on the parking pad in front of the house. Please do not park on the lawn, in the woods or on garden areas.

Please be aware that the forest is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. Though we treat the house for pests including spiders, insects and mice, and employ a spray service to control mosquitos during the summer months, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

House Rules

Please do:
• Respect quiet hours 10:00p to 8:00a.
• Park on the parking pad or up at the street.
• Always use life jackets when using the SUPs.
• Let us know if any damages occur during your stay.
• Clean the grill after each use.
• Obey all pool rules.

Please do not:
• Smoke anywhere on the property.
• Host events, parties or gatherings.
• Disturb the neighbors.
• Exceed the maximum occupancy (includes all humans at all times).
• Move furniture.
• Bring pets.
• Use the bath towels at the pool or beach.
• Use fireworks or firearms. No firearms permitted on the property.
