Situated in the famous Pier Bowl area of San Clemente, enjoy world class beaches, restaurants and cafes, and a gorgeous patio with dining area as well as use of beach cruisers, beach wagon, and boogie boards. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

Welcome to our beautiful condo, the perfect place for a memorable family vacation or getaway with friends. Our stylish, professionally decorated home is appointed with high-quality, luxurious materials throughout.

The living room and dining area are the heart of the home, where you can comfortably gather in front of the streaming TV or enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find three bedrooms that can accommodate large families or groups. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a desk for working. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third is outfitted with four twin beds, books, and toys, making it ideal for families with young children. A second full bathroom with bathtub and shower will keep everyone clean.

Additionally, our large backyard patio features a grill, outdoor firepit and dining area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Whether you're looking to catch some waves, build sandcastles, or simply relax in the sun, you'll find the perfect spot just steps from our front door.

Great property!

Beautiful, clean home, very spacious rooms with a nice main area and kitchen. In a nice, walkable area with close proximity to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Property manager was very communicative and quick to help with internet problems.

It was perfect!

The location and the unit itself was perfect for what we needed for our trip. It was comfortable and no detail was left out! The host really thought of everything. I was really appreciative of the responsiveness of the host when I had questions, even though the answers were in a welcome book, that I overlooked, in plain sight in the unit, haha. Highly recommend this rental! Great for families!

Perfection

Property was beautiful & had added special touches. Comfortable bed & all the amenities of home. We would definitely book again. Only downside was upstairs neighbors were very heavy walkers & a child was running late at night. Even with that we would stay again.

Clean & modern

The condo is beautifully done with nice spacious bedrooms and a nice family room & kitchen. It’s clean and has everything you need for your family trip. The location is nice to walk to downtown San Clemente. It’s a hike to the beach but not bad at all. The people in the upstairs unit appear to live there full time. They are loud and walk heavy (and kids run) which makes it noisy during the day. I ended up sick for much of the trip so that was frustrating when I was trying to rest.

West coast wedding

We traveled from NC to celebrate our Son's wedding. The stay was pleasant. I was disappointed with the parking situation. The neighbors chose to use our parking spot at one point. They had guests over that blocked our rental car another time. We chose to walk to our destination instead of creating a conflict. In addition, they woke us up early every morning. The owner was very helpful when we reached out for assistance . The location was perfect and could walk to most restaurants and the pier. Resp reseptivemr g
