You will enjoy the back yard with woods edging on the back side. A private covered back patio with ample sitting space. The upstairs loft has a private balcony for two. Beautifully furnished to feel like a cabin with a rock gas fireplace and beautiful wooden walls in the main area. Clean kitchen furnished with new appliances. The main floor has a large king bed in a spacious bedroom, living room with vaulted ceiling and real rock fireplace with gas logs, and kitchen and main floor full bath and full private utility room. Second floor is an open loft bedroom overlooking living room with a separate bathroom and two person outdoor balcony perfect for morning coffee and relaxation.

We want departure not to be stressful and try to keep the todo list to a minimum. Please take used tile an pile on top of washer. Upstairs towels can be placed in upstairs tub.
Please take any unused food and garbage and place in the outside garbage can on the back porch. Start he dishwasher with the dirty dishes and lock the door on you way out.

We are locals who love hiking the local state parks and kayaking the Barren Fork River. We love our rural area.
Why they chose this property
The area is rural but 20 minutes from McMinnville, an hour from Cookeville and Nashville, and under two hours from Nashville and Chattanooga. The yard is a large wooded piece of land that has beautiful sunsets.
What makes this property unique
The cabin gives a certain peace when you enter. We love the uniqueness of the open loft and high ceiling in the den. Having the fireplace on in the winter is cozy. Sitting on the back porch watching the sunset is a favorite summer time activity at the cabin. We have had the house for about a year and it has been rented the entire time to traveling workers in several professional fields. Its a great long term rental with all the conveniences of home.
