You will enjoy the nice flat back yard with woods edging on the back side. A private covered back patio with ample sitting space. The upstairs loft has a private balcony for two. Beautifully furnished to feel like a cabin with a rock gas fireplace and beautiful wooden walls in the main area.

Why they chose this property

The area is rural but 20 minutes from McMinnville, an hour from Cookeville and Nashville, and under two hours from Nashville and Chattanooga.

What makes this property unique

The cabin gives a certain peace when you enter. We love the uniqueness of the house. Having the fireplace on in the winter is cozy. Sitting on the back porch watching the sunset is a favorite summer time activity at the cabin.
