Located above a destination shoe boutique in the downtown shopping district, this 2 bedroom VRBO is one of 4 apartments on the 2nd level of one of the oldest buildings in Zumbrota. Just a block or two from the Goodhue Pioneer Trail and the Covered Bridge Park, with the only covered bridge still remaining in Minnesota. It's a quick 3 block walk to the historic State Theatre. The grocery store and convenience store are right around the corner.

Great VRBO, very clean, very well stocked with everything travelers need. Fairly priced. Very comfortable, friendly host, great location in center of town. Laundry conveniently available on same floor. Beautiful covered bridge park nearby for long walks. Grocery and liquor store around the corner. I would stay there again.

Everything was amazing, from Connie’s communication to cleanliness, cozy & comfortable! It was stocked with great extras…treats & bottled water, etc. Climbing all the stairs was a bit challenging with luggage, but once we got to the top it was “Well Worth It”!!

Connie was a wonderful hostess, and the property is lovely. The beds are comfy, it's within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and she had snacks and water in the unit. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

We live in Zumbrota, and we own Luya Shoes and Other Fine Things, which is on Main St directly below the VRBO. Connie operates the shop while Bob enjoys his days as the Executive Director of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the building in 2022 (Connie had been renting the Luya space for 8 years), and have been remodeling apartments as they become available. We learned that a VRBO would be a welcome addition to the community, so we decided to make one of the 4 apartments available as a VRBO.
