Door knobs/pulls, switches & all hard surfaces are wiped down with a bleach water solution for your protection.
Cali~king pillow top bed for comfort, love seat & large comfy chair, fully stocked kitchen with bar-counter and 3-bar stools for an open concept feel.
(Note: doulbles as the designated work area).
"The lounge chair" pulls out to a twin or similar sleeper. Includes pillow top mattress pad, premium sheets, down comforter with duvet & feather pillow or down alternative. see photos for operation and set up of "pull out".
The entire unit looks out through floor to ceiling windows to a completely private outdoor living space with a 4-person eating area and fountain, lush foliage & lighting.
Please note:
No furnishings from the interior of the unit should ever be relocated to the patio area. Not only could the items be damaged, but these furnishings are not protected fabrics & will soil easily.

I do supply a few items for the patio that are located in the 2 coffee tables of the interior seating area; 3-pillows (turquoise). These can be used on the outside patio furniture, as well as the rolled up blankets in the other coffee table next to the large lounger.
There is a plastic zipper bag with towels to cover the outdoor furniture. There are plastic wine glasses & cups in the kitchen cabinet.
The black towels in the bathroom cabinet bottom shelf are the ONLY towels that can be used to clean the patio furniture.
Guest access
The building is peaceful & quiet, please respect the common areas you walk through by not talking loudly & not using your speaker phone.
The front entry to the building is not a place for loud conversations. Standing at the door inside or out is fine when waiting for a ride & such, but it's not a place to smoke or use your phone other than texting.
The common areas are just peaceful quite places to enter, exit & enjoy.
Please walk down to the sidewalk if you need to use your device out front of the building. Regardless of what others are doing, you are a guest during your stay.

As part of the booking process, there is a short Q&A.
I give the guest 2 hours to start the Q&A. If the guest has not responded or delays with regards to completing the Q&A, I then decline the booking to re-open up the dates. The guest can re-request those dates once the guest is available to do the Q&A.

*For stays over 7 consecutive days, there will be an additional 12% per day cleaning fee increase over the base cleaning fee. For this listing, the increase is ($4.20 per day) .
Guests are still expected to tidy up the space & do the dishes prior to departing the unit. There is an extra set of sheets included in the bathroom closet.
No linen or towel cleaning is required.
Fireplace information:
*Never leave the fireplace on when you leave the unit, even if you leave the apartment for a short period of time.
The fireplace has an "auto start" via remote.
Fire place directions:
Locate the fireplace remote:
ON: The high/on button on the remote is the way you start the fireplace.
Just hold the "high" button down until you hear a click in the fireplace, that'show you start the flame.
Adjust from there.
OFF: by holding the low/off button down until you hear the click in the fireplace turns off the fireplace.
(there is a pilot light so you will still here an air sound once the unit is off and see a small flame at the back)
*The manual chrome tool/key next to the fire place is only "Emergency turn off" if the remote fails to turn off the unit.
In this case, use the light from your phone to look into the hole next to the key, insert key correctly and turn to the right, Do not turn hard! softy will extinguish the flame.
Doing this will also extinguish the pilot light and render the unit inoperable.
Please contact your airbnb host to re-light the pilot light.
